Optic Disk Pit and Iridociliary Cyst Precipitating Angle Closure Glaucoma

Primary angle closure glaucoma is usually a bilateral disease, though it may be asymmetrical. However, it is unusual to see advanced glaucoma in one eye and no disk damage in the other.
